Duwayne Brooks and Jenni Clutten are standing up for Downham.
They're the strong Lib Dem candidates for the by-election on Thursday February 19th.
Working with popular local Councillor Julia Fletcher, they'll stand up for Downham at the Town Hall.



Duwayne & Jenni's pledges for Downham:
- To keep in touch with a regular Downham FOCUS Newsletter and four advice surgeries each month.
- To work with Phoenix to tackle years of Labour neglect of Downham's council housing
- To work with Downham's Police team to fight crime locally
- To make Southend Village special again by putting a halt to Labour's dithering
- To campaign for a regular skip service for Downham so people can get rid of bulky rubbish easily and cheaply.
