Stop the bus pass cuts!
Good news!

On Thursday 24th January, the Conservatives  finally gave in to popular pressure on the start time for over-60s bus passes in the Winchester District. They have agreed with local residents and the Liberal Democrats that bus passes should start from 9am.

Thank you to everyone who signed the petition.

Winchester residents with bus passes used to catch the bus for free from 9am. But now the Conservative City Council have decided to make residents pay full fare until 9:30. This will be a particular problem for people with early hospital appointments.

We, the undersigned, call on Winchester City Council to allow residents to use their free bus passes from 9am.
