Rainsford Road/Primrose Hill junction dangers
 Several junctions in Chelmsford’s town centre are potentially lethal but perhaps none more so than the junction of Primrose Hill with Rainsford Road.

Visibility is poor and the traffic speeds and volumes are high. There has been more than one serious accident here recently but no deaths (yet) seems to mean no action.
