The Blake application will be heard on Wednesday and the recommendation is to approve!The reason given for Approval is:-
“It is considered the proposal would be in accordance with the development plan and would not materially harm the character of the area or the amenity of local residents and would be acceptable in terms of highway safety.”Have they heard our concerns?

Our last chance is to persuade the Councillors on the committee to reject the application.
