Liberal Democrats in Colchester are fed up of Conservatives in Chelmsford taking bad decisions for our town, from closing down improving schools to moving the Essex Records Office to Chelmsford. We feel Colchester would get a better deal if the Borough were to pull away from Essex County Council and establish a unitary authority. Having one authority instead of two would also cut costs and therefore cut your Council tax bill.
