Mr Bob McGowan

We call upon the British Government to give Mr Bob McGowan, a 94 year-old veteran of the second world war the Winter Fuel Payment that he was denied due to moving one day after the cut-off date. We also call upon them to apologise to Mr McGowan and give a donation to Help for Heroes equivalent to the payment.
