Give Cornwall back our Ł17million

We the undersigned note that the Government's funding formula shows that Cornwall needs £17m extra this year to fund vital services; further note that this amounts to nearly £70 for every Cornish household; condemn the transfer of these funds to wealthier areas of the country; and demand that Ministers return this money to Cornwall immediately.
