The planning application 2010/5052/P to redevelop the Pizza
Express building is on a landmark site in Kentish Town
demanding the highest quality architecture. But the development is bulky and out of keeping, and fails to provide affordable housing. Back Nick Russell's campaign against this scheme.

We the undersigned oppose the application on the following grounds:

The effect the development would have on the integrity of the attractive 1929 building.

The effect on the Kentish Town townscape particularly given its proximity, physically and architecturally, to the
landmarks of Kentish Town Baths and Una House.

The lack of any proposal for social housing within the scheme.
