Mike Hancock, MP for Portsmouth South and Portsmouth Liberal Democrats are campaigning against tuition fees. Mike voted against tuition fees in Parliament.

Now Conservatives and Labour have hinted that they want to raise tution fees to £7,000 a year. Mike if re-elected will oppose this in Parliament.
